Ricky & Rosie Harris

Welcome to a Story Only God Could Write.

Ricky and Rosie, met at an inner-city Christian sports camp in 2008, drawn there by a shared desire to introduce others to Him. Ricky, a Southern boy, and Rosie, a Midwest girl, quickly discovered they had more than ministry in common — they shared a deep love for Jesus, a burden for the least of these, and a desire to reach both the religiously lost and the spiritually overlooked.

Since then, Team Harris has lived and served in cities across the country, including Memphis, Tennessee, and Durham, North Carolina. Today, they live in Las Vegas, Nevada — a city they never imagined calling home — to reach people God deeply loves. Ricky and Rosie believed God called them not just to Las Vegas, but to become Las Vegans first: to live among the people, learn the rhythms of the city, and love it well before planting a church there.

You can’t tell the story of the Harris family without telling the story of their time in Las Vegas. Often labeled as a city of brokenness, indulgence, and spiritual darkness, Las Vegas is precisely the place where the Harrises believe God wants to build His church — and they are all in.

Ricky and Rosie are joined in this mission by their two children: Tripp (age 10) and Rhian (age 5). As a family, they long to see a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church that radically loves Jesus, relentlessly loves people, and lives every day on mission. Their prayer is to leverage every gift, every resource, and every part of their story for the sake of the gospel.
