Perth Project

Zac and Clare are on a mission to see neighbourhoods transformed by the hope and love of Jesus.
Perth is known for its pristine beaches, relaxed lifestyle, and close connection to Asia, a city where people appear to “have it all.” Yet beneath the beauty lies the ache of dissatisfaction. Our economy, fuelled by mineral resources, drives an endless pursuit of “more” that cuts deep into the soul of our community. Families are strained. Homelessness is rising. Loneliness is deepening. Only 7% of Perth’s population have a living faith in Jesus.
Zac and Clare recognize their city is in a crisis of hope. and know the answer is Jesus!
For over a decade, they worked as local church ministers and have known God was preparing them to plant churches. Last year, they sensed the clear call: now was the time. Stepping out in faith, God opened the way for them to partner with the Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) network, becoming its first Australian Hub. HTB’s globally recognised model is grounded in local connection, vibrant spirituality, thoughtful engagement and unity in the Church. It has been a catalyst for evangelisation, Church revitalisation, and social transformation. Perth needs churches like this now more than ever.
From the earliest pages of history, God has built His Kingdom through His people. Today, they join Him in that work in Perth, sharing His good news and playing a part to see many neighbourhoods transformed by the hope and love of Jesus.
